If April showers bring May flowers...

I suppose I don't expect many flowers this year. It is pretty to look at though. We had 75 degrees Sunday & snow Monday. We should be back in the mid 60's by Thursday.

I have only planted broccoli up to this point, so I hope it is not lost. We will know tomorrow! My spring flowers were full of buds, I hope they still flower, but if not, there is always next year!

I take it you're hoping that April snow doesn't bring May snow. Stay warm.

I had to cover my little bleeding hearts yesterday...I am hoping they make it!

Hope your flowers make it. I can remember as a little kid in Colorado & getting the new sandals & summer dress for Easter, and then having snow & having to wear snowboots over my pretty white sandals to go to Sunday School. boo! hoo!

Wow, look at all that snow...in April. We had flurries early this a.m. but I missed them. Hope your flowers make it too. I think our groundhogs have gone back into hibernation.

That just confirms why I live in southeast Texas! We may get hurricanes, but not April snow!! Hope your flowers and stuff survive.

Holy cow Shannon- that is a quick change in the weather! Broccoli is pretty hearty though so I think you'll be o.k.! :)

The snow is melting, and the only plant victims look like the hosta (so far). I am sure that I will just lose the leafs that have come out, but hope the plants survive. Didn't even think about covering them....

Wow, your picture would make a beautiful card. It is probably harder to enjoy the beauty when you are SO anxious for spring.
