I would love pictorial tutorial of more quilt- as-you-go projects. The reason of preferring pictorial over video tutorial is that unless it's closed captioned, it is difficult for the hard of hearing to follow. If you do video, please close caption manually, meaning don't let Google/Youtube use automatic captioning. It's voice activated and it stinks. It's funny, the words "President Clinton" come up in a lot of quilting tutorials that have the auto captioning. Thanks for "listening"!
nsue21702 at gmail dot com

Nancy Sue said...

I'm a newbie's newbie, so Quiltblocklibrary.com gives me ideas, but may be too elementary for experienced quilters? I browse through the free designs!
Ps. thank you for this question, it's great to look at all the comments and see where others are looking for inspiration!

I have real problems selecting the correct tension, thread, needle, and stitches according to the fabric weights. So, a video on that (e.g. crazy quilts would have such a variety) would help me.

Marcia said...

Lately I have been pulling free patterns from blogs. For modern quilts, http://www.ohfransson.com/oh_fransson/
has a quilt along now, and there are several prior quilt alongs in archives.
