Maybe half of a disposable rain coat. Happy Easter Shannon and Maggie
Love the hat! My grandmother used to have a plastic raincoat. It was frosted, but like tablecloth plastic, and heat sealed seams, not sewn. She had it for years! I think it might have been after 1932, though. I wonder what this one was made of! Thanks again for the giggle and memory!
