When I first saw this quilt pattern, my mind went straight to my big pile of Civil War scraps from the 2011 BOM & circle quilt. The pattern uses 2” strips, so it’s perfect for using up those pesky scraps. I think this quilt would be really cute in fun, bright & bold juvenile prints too.
The pattern is for a twin, but easy to expand by just adding more to each row. I did make my borders a tad bigger than the pattern for a nice drop. I think I will drop this off at Helen-Marie’s when I head home from the Sparta Quilt Show in a few weeks. I will have the flimsey there so you can see it in person!
This quilt uses the Sweet N Sassy ruler set by Creative Grids and the Maddie Bea pattern.

very nice quilt top !
Very pretty - but I agree it would look great in juvenile prints - and I've got a huge pile of them!! And all those 2" squares I've got cut...... ;-)
Nice quilt
Great use of scraps. I will put this on my "someday" list!
